    It may have taken 4 months but i finally got to see the car in the day light, how pathetic is that, I'm really going to have to quit my job or something.

    Nice rims!!!!

    nice car too, Mine is in a very similar state to yours as regards the paintwork.
    I spent a day polishing it with autoglym SRP and it came up brilliant!
    It didnt last a week though, I cant remember if I sealed it or not though. If I did I didnt do it right
    I'll have another go this summer plenty of other stuff to do first

    No before pics unfortunately, it might have broken the camera.

    the rims are MSWs made by OZ i think, got them on ebay.de for 150 euro, postage was only 60.

    No tires on them. I threw a bid on and forgot about it, never thought i win them. The guy was off loading about 10 sets of wheels, that might have been why i got a bargain. He hasn't sold anything since. They're common enough on VWs but the offset is perfect for an e30 I reckon (7j, et12)
