    Default Astra GSI Ph1 C20xe

A thread on my phase 1 GSI Astra. Plans are to sort out some mechanical jobs mainly leaks around the engine and box, lower it and fit speedlines along with a couple of other bits.

Took the box out to clean it up and fit new gaskets and seals

New output seal beside the old leaking one
Also the new shoes, can't wait to get them on

So that's it for now I'll try keep this up to date with the work as it goes on.
Also a pic of her beside the 325 from during the summer.

I have always had a soft spot for these.
Probably just for the bonnet vents & wheels alone

    New wheels will also suit

Thanks for the comments. Another small update, got the gasket on the sump of the gearbox changed as well as the gasket for the selector housing and the seal in the bell housing. Having issues with the other driveshaft seal so will probably be bringing it to a mates to get done.

No bought it off a friend here in west cork can't remember where he got it. Got it on the road this week after finishing the following:
    Timing belt + wp
    P/s pump
    Plugs
    Filters
    4 wheel alignment
    Exterior enhancement detail,
Wash, detar, fall out remover, clay bar, 2 stages of polish, glaze and autoglym hd wax.
