clutch

Was thinking of doing the clutch in my car; and also replacing some of the bushes on the gear stick. Has anybody else done this. I have picture of the gear stick with all the part numbers but i only want to change the usual suspects, Like the gear selector rod and such. if you have done this what else have you changed. Any help appreciated.
