Default Fuel Filler neck

Hi, anybody have any input into repairing or salvaging one of these?
For my 1990 325i sport I'm currently getting any rust cut out and re sprayed. Not to bad except for the usual inner rear wheel arch skins and the two pockets at the rear of the boot.
